HIROIT INTERNATIONAL MUSIC
HIROIT MUSIC from japan

There are moments in life when a familiar breeze brings back memories of distant days, or reminds us of someone we thought we had forgotten.
The Wind Blows Through My Soul is an original English-language song by HIROIT, inspired by these memories and feelings. The song is based on the Japanese original 「Kaze ni Fukarete Ore no Machi」, preserving the heart of the original while expressing its feelings in English.
Memories, loneliness, love—and the quiet strength to keep moving forward, carrying all these feelings within us. These are the emotions woven into the gentle melody of the song.
Just as a passing breeze can bring back someone we thought we had forgotten, a place from long ago, or distant days of our lives,
we hope this song quietly finds its way into the hearts of those who listen.

The Wind Blows Through My Soul
Open the door today,
The wind is blowing free.
Chasing the clouds of sorrow,
Across the endless sky.
When I begin to sing,
The wind comes back to me.
Carrying laughter and hope,
Through my soul so free.
Where does the season's wind go?
Still wandering far away?
Leaving yesterday behind,
Searching for a brand-new day.
Where are you now tonight?
On which lonely street?
Walking with silent dreams,
Looking for home again.
The wind of happiness,
The wind, the wind, the wind.
Together we will raise it high,
And bring our dreams to life again.
When the wind has changed,
Chabashira... tattara.
Ride the tailwind home,
You'll come back someday.
We're waiting for you.
In our songs you live.
Open the door tomorrow,
The wind will still be there.
Holding back my tears,
Still chasing every dream.
When I begin to sing,
The wind comes back again.
A wind that's called hope,
Blowing through my soul.
Where does the season's wind go?
Standing somewhere tonight?
Lost between dark and light,
Waiting for the dawn.
Where are you now tonight?
Have your scars begun to heal?
Walking toward tomorrow,
Finding your way back home.
The wind of happiness,
The wind, the wind, the wind.
Together we will raise it high,
And bring our dreams to life again.
When the wind has changed,
Chabashira... tattara.
Ride the tailwind home,
You'll come back someday.
We're waiting for you.
In our songs you live.
Like the wind...
Let it be.

What's CHABASHIRA?
green tea.
In Japan, it has traditionally been considered a small sign of good luck when a tea stem floats upright in your cup.
It is a simple, everyday moment—but for many Japanese people, seeing a chabashira can bring a little smile and a feeling that something good may be about to happen.
In The Wind Blows Through My Soul, the image of a chabashira carries this gentle sense of hope and good fortune.
「The Wind Blows Through My Soul」
What's CHABASHIRA?
What is this song really about?
“The Wind Blows Through My Soul”
was born from a Japanese song called “Kaze ni Fukarete Ore no Machi” — “My Town, Blown by the Wind.”
It tells the story of a man looking back on the road he has traveled, thinking of a distant town, his hometown, and the people who remain in his heart.
There is something nostalgic in the song.
Something gentle.
And perhaps, a little bittersweet. We wanted to express those feelings through an English song.
This is not simply a Japanese song translated word for word into English.
The heart of the original song remains, while the lyrics have been shaped to fit the sound, rhythm and melody of the English version.
In that sense, “The Wind Blows Through My Soul” is a new song born from an original Japanese song.
Why did we create an English version?
The reason is quite simple.
We did not want this song to remain only in Japan.
Japanese songs have a unique emotional quality that comes from the Japanese language and culture.
But music has no borders.
Even when languages are different, people everywhere understand the feeling of remembering their hometown, missing someone far away, or looking back on the road they have traveled through life.
Those feelings belong to everyone.
So we decided to take this song beyond the Japanese language.
From Japan, to the world.
That is why we created the English version.
So, what's “CHABASHIRA”?
In Japan, “Chabashira” (茶柱)
means a tea stalk standing upright in a cup of Japanese tea.
Traditionally, seeing a tea stalk standing upright has been considered a small sign of good luck.
But here, CHABASHIRA means something a little more than that.
A small piece of good fortune.
An unexpected encounter.
A feeling that something wonderful might be about to happen.
A tiny sign that suddenly appears in everyday life.
We chose the word CHABASHIRA as a symbol of those small and unexpected moments of happiness.
So—
WHAT'S CHABASHIRA?
“What is Chabashira?”
That simple question is also a small doorway into this project.
Japan has many words, stories and traditions that are difficult to translate perfectly into another language.
Sometimes, rather than changing them completely,
we believe it is better to carry the original word across the ocean—and let people discover what it means.
That, too, can be one way of bringing Japanese music to the world.
From here, a new wind begins to blow.
“The Wind Blows Through My Soul”
is not only one finished song.
For us, it is also a prologue to the songs that will follow.
There are still many Japanese songs we want to share with the world.
Among them is “Tsugaru Jonkara Komachi,” a song inspired by the spirit of Tsugaru and the strength and beauty of a woman.
And there is “Otoko-mae Misaki,” a song about the spirit, pride and romance of a Japanese man.
Each song has its own story.
The wind of its homeland.
The life of its people.
The spirit of its time.
We want to preserve that uniquely Japanese sense of emotion while continuing to explore new forms of expression—including songs that can cross language and cultural borders.
We hope to continue releasing many more songs like these in the future.
Songs born in Japan may first touch someone's heart somewhere in Japan.
And perhaps, someday,
that same song will cross the ocean
and touch the heart of someone on the other side of the world.
That is the future we dream of.
The wind blows through my soul.
And then—
Where will the next wind come from?

WHAT'S CHABASHIRA?
**「The Wind Blows Through My Soul」**
そして、「WHAT'S CHABASHIRA?」とは?
「CHABASHIRA(茶柱)」とは、
WHAT'S CHABASHIRA?
今回の 「The Wind Blows Through My Soul」 は、
The wind blows through my soul.
